How do I place an order?
- Select your product of choice.
- Complete the personalized order form & click ‘Save Personalized Data’.
- Click ‘View Cart’ in the upper right corner to ensure your order was captured. At this time you can ‘Continue to Shop’ or ‘Proceed to Checkout’
- Once you ‘Proceed to Checkout’, complete the billing and shipping information
- Click ‘Verify Order’
- Once you verify your order, click ‘Go to Payment’ to process your order.
NOTE: Please make sure you review your personalized data, prior to clicking "Go to Payment". If you click “Go to Payment” and realize (or think) you made a mistake and click "Back", your shopping cart will be deleted and your order will need to be entered from start to finish.
What information is included in the Personalized Books?
For the most part, the information needed for the books is the same: name, age, hometown, names of up to three friends, a dedication, and who the book is from.
Are the books hard or soft covered?
Depends on the selection, books that are soft covered will be so noted. You will find the note, if you click ‘View Details’ under each book selection.
I'm an educator, member of the PTA, member of home school group; how can I/we qualify for a discount?
We have an excellent program for educators to purchase a large quantity (10+) personalized books for their students. Please contact us directly at 404-502-5441 (ask for Tanya) for more information. We can also assist your organization in setting up a personalized book fund raising program.
Does sales tax apply to my order?
Only sales from within the State of Georgia will be charged a 7% sales tax.
Can I order your products by phone?

How long will it take to ship my order?
Typically orders are shipped within 48 hours. All books are sent media mail and generally you should expect your order in 6 – 10 days. Media mail shipping is free for orders of $20 or more. Orders can be shipped via Priority or Express Mail for an additonal cost.
The exception to this would be items in the following categories: Disney Personalized Books and Dora the Explorer. These items are specially ordered through a distributor, and the maximum time needed for shipping is 21 days. Thus, Priority & Express delivery is not available for these particular items.
Is it possible for me to receive my items at different times?
Yes, depending on which items you order, it is possible for you to receive your order at different times.
If I’m ordering books and gifts for a special occasion, how far in advance should I purchase?
If you are ordering for a special occasion, it is recommended you order at least 30 days in advance. During the holiday season it is recommended you order 45 days in advance due to the increased order volume.
What if I find a problem with my order?
All orders are printed and/or made based on the exact information provided on your order form. If there is an error due to our mistake, we'll send a replacement free of charge.
If there is an error due to a customer mistake on the order form, we cannot be held responsible. Please double check the spelling and accuracy of ALL your order entries. The charge for reprints will be $7.50 per book. If you have a problem with your order, please call 404-502-5441 (ask for Tanya).
